Flat roofs leak differently from pitched ones: water sits, seams open and damage spreads under the surface. We find it and repair it, residential or commercial.
We repair rubber, TPO, PVC, torch-down, roll roofing and tar-and-gravel roofs. Common problems are open seams, blisters, punctures, failed flashing at parapets and drains that let water pond.
Some flat roofs can be extended for years with a good repair or a restoration coating. Others have too much water underneath. We’ll tell you which yours is.
