Pipe Boot & Roof Vent Repair
The rubber collar around a plumbing vent pipe cracks in the sun long before the shingles wear out. It’s one of the most common leaks we see, and one of the simplest to fix.
Pipe boots and roof vents sit in the path of water running down the roof. When the rubber splits or the vent flange lifts, water runs straight down the pipe into the house.
We replace the boot or vent and work it in under the shingles above, so water is shed over it rather than into it.
