Roof Flashing Repair
Most roof leaks start where the roof meets something else: a chimney, a wall, a skylight or a valley. That’s flashing, and it’s what we fix.
Flashing is the metal and membrane that seals the joints in a roof. Over time sealant dries out, metal corrodes and step flashing gets pulled loose, and water finds its way in.
We remove the shingles around the joint, replace the flashing properly layered with the roof, and seal it, rather than smearing tar over the top and hoping.
