Skylight Repair
Skylights leak at the joint with the roof far more often than through the glass. We repair the flashing and seals so it stays dry.
Water gets in around a skylight when the flashing kit fails, the curb seal dries out or the shingles around it are lifted. Condensation can look like a leak too, so we check which it is first.
If the unit itself is failing or fogged, we’ll talk you through replacing it instead, usually best done while the roof around it is open.
