Roof Replacement Flat & commercial
Flat Roof Replacement
When a flat roof is past repairing, we strip it, fix the structure underneath and install a new membrane system suited to the building.
Flat roofs that have held water for years often hide rotted decking and sagging joists. We open it up, rebuild what’s needed, and make sure the new roof drains instead of ponding.
We install TPO, PVC, rubber, torch-down and peel-and-stick systems, and will recommend the one that fits your building, budget and how the roof is used.
What we do.
- 01
Inspect and recommend a system
- 02
Tear off and rebuild decking or joists as needed
- 03
Improve drainage and install insulation if required
- 04
Install the new membrane and flashing

Daniel showed up on time and he was polite and professional, as was the team that completed the work. He answered any questions I had through the day, and they were done when he said they would be.
Our roof was in need of a major overhaul. We picked AAA Apex because of their mission to give a roof to a needy family for every roof they do. The guys showed up on time. Love this company, love their mission, and would highly recommend.
