Shingle Roof Replacement
A full tear-off down to the deck, new underlayment and architectural shingles, done by an experienced crew and built to outlast the warranty.
Tearing off the old roof lets us see and fix the decking underneath instead of covering problems up. New synthetic underlayment goes over the whole deck, flashing is replaced at every joint, and the roof is vented at the ridge.
We install shingles from GAF, CertainTeed and Owens Corning. Before work starts you get a free in-person estimate and a schedule, and catch tarps go up to protect your yard during tear-off.
